The concept of single-family house assumes a visible and strong separation of the house zones. each block is assigned a separate function which are connected by two corridors.

materials and form
The building facade is to be made of one material distinguished by color. The main part of the house is covered with burnt wood and supplemented with light wood.
The house has a simple minimalist form that opens to the south side of the plot.

plans
The building has two levels which includes a basement. Using terrain from the south side of the plot, various terraces and a swimming pool were created. The terrace also has a field kitchen, a dining and recreation area.
