Architecture is for us something more than elements and constraction of a building. It is also a space which should reflect investment targets depending on investor are impacted but different factors. In case of developers, we consider the profitability of investment and its selling strenghts. However, if the client is a private investor, we take into account his habits, favorite forms of spending free time, favorite time of day (for example enjoying the waking in the rays of the rising sun or spending the evenings in the living room in the light of the setting sun) or just his lifestyle. We want both, the investor and his family to feel good in the space we have designed.
Therefore, we attach great importance to the fact that the design includes materials, textures and colors valued by our investors. The essence of design is that this project is tailored to the investor and his needs, not the investor to the project.
